If you are referring on how to make Altdesk skins there are two places you can check out.
1) If you have the latest Altdesk, open up the Preferences and click on help. This will open the included .chm file and you can view the skins section which tells you how to skin in modern or classic.
2) If you go to the main page, and on the left where it says Aston, Altdesk, and Star Blaze, click on the word Altdesk. This will expand out where you will then see a "Skinning Tutorial" option.
Hope this helps since you don't quite explain what you are looking for info on.
