This is a follow-up to a post I made over a week ago. It appears to have been deleted with no reply or response. This is VERY poor customer service.
I purchased AltDesk about a year ago using my work email address (andy at icglink dot com). I started a new job and no longer have access to that email address. I cannot find my serial number and have requested it several times via the website. I've even changed my primary email address in the AstonShell system and tried requesting my serial number again.
I have heard nothing from your company about this matter, I've had previous co-workers check my old work email address and I've seen nothing from AstonShell.
Please resend my serial number to my new email address (amatthews at dealerskins dot com) immediately.

I have looked the mail on supprt[at]astonshell[dot]com and failed to find any request for the key resending form you. The last message from you dates back to May, 6, 2006 and refers to adding keyboard shortcuts for sending an application to a certain desktop.
Please send us an e-mail with the request for the key resending, and we'll gladly provide you with it.
