I regularly run an instance of Internet Explorer as a different user (for administrative purposes), while logged into my non-administrative account. I have discovered that every time I log in and run the administrative window, AltDesk has forgotten that I set it sticky (by caption). The caption is still in the list, but it isn't really sticky. I have to remove the caption entry and re-add it each session.

Hmm! For the last couple of days, this behavior has gone away! I wonder if it will come back...

I had a similar thing happen with me and running Trillian 3 the first time with AltDesk. Actually it was sticky and I didn't want it to be so. Oddly enough, I minimized the window once and it worked fine for about a year now. So hopefully your problem is gone too.
