This is just a test png/ank that I want your opinion about... This is not a final png/ank that I will put in my future to be release theme, it's just a test made from a known bmp from the Aston Vista2 theme... Sorry if I should have gotten the permissions but as I said, it's only a test to see if I'm on the right track with my concept.
My concept involves a "dual taskbar" has I can't live with just 1 single row on my taskbar  and didn't found any themes eighter with a dual taskbar or that was just not too ugly to look at!

Be honest and tell me what you think about the concept 
P.S.: Rename the file to a .png file and remember the path in the ank file to the right place for the filename. Also edit the Amaster/Taskbar Taskbar size to 2 and apply the ank file to all 3 Start Button skin in the Amaster/Taskbar/Start Button "Normal", "Highlighted" and "Pressed"
