I have an asus computer with 1024 MB of memory, Pentium M 740 running a windows xp pro operating system. with the intel 915 GM!! I have run Windows Blinds (which is another microsoft windows theme manager software in case you are not aware) previously on an intel pentium III processor with 128 mbs of RAM, on a Dell laptop, with no graphic memory installed, but I was still able to run it no problems. Your Software causes my computer to freeze and I am not too happy about the fact that your so called FREE TRAIL uses up my time in restarting my computer and having to press ctrl+del+alt 20 times in one session online. ITs a BIG waste of time and effort. And it doesnt have any intructions on uninstalling the software too, the program just goes, it cannot be uninstalled while it is running, gee how the hell would a novice computer user be able to go into the processes window? And even if one does, explorer.exe stops functioning. I had to open the add remove window before pressing ctrl alt del in order to uninstall it. and I am in no mood to pay another one of your technicians some few hundred dollars to help me fix it. So that EXActly why I am uninstalling your program. And my explorer.exe is still not running as I write this, but thanks to you I have to restart and i can bet my 20 cents that no one is even going to read this. Good on you ASTONSHELL.

Sorry that Aston didn't work with your computer. For your information though, there is instructions on how to uninstall Aston in the FAQ. Plus, changing your shell isn't something for novice computer users to do anyway as it could mess things up just like your computer is now since they wouldn't have much idea what is going on. And for your ctrl+alt+del not working, that isn't Aston's fault, it has to be something else like malware. Aston doesn't prevent any system keys from running.
Oh, and from the look of it you said that you have paid one of Gladiators technicians hundreds of dollars? We give free support with what we can, you don't have to pay for anything.

actually I had a small problem similar to this when I ran Aston for the first time but I worked through it and it turned out to be something to do with my antivirus software and/or antispyware I prevented them from starting up (F-prot and Pest Patrol) then unloaded them and installed them after Aston was in place I dont know which caused it - oh and it could have been the microsoft msn messenger that keeps starting when windows loads because I disabled that. Infact my advice would be to click "run" on the start menu and type "msconfig". then go to the startup programs and disable anything which shouldnt be starting up. then go to the services tab and hide all microsoft services and disable anything which might be malware or that maybe a problem to Aston working. then just reload Aston and if it happens again you keep looking for what is causing it via msconfig - thats what I did
msconfig is installed with XP but for windows 2000 you can download it from Micro$oft
