You mean the clock at the bottom right next to the systray icons? You can double click on it or right click then select Setup Time & Date.

You're going to want to use DCClock as your desktop clock. Then you can assign any bitmap as your skin. "Magick Pink" in transparent, and the hands don't show up over transparency.
