If this question has been covered elsewhere, please forgive me.
Is there any way to have Aston 1.8.2 recognize DVD Drives and CD-RW Drives so that the "autoplay" action of WinXP will work properly?
Presently, they are both called CD Drive, and as such do not have proper autoplay functions.

I think you should check the "Audio cd autorun" and the "Data cd autorun" (Aston master -> Boot configuration). If these aren't working I think you should check if it really is a Aston problem, as I never heard of this before and you can't be the only one with a DVD-player and Aston
Greetings,
Michael

~mycroes - Thanks for response.
I checked out Boot configuration, and it looked okay.
Decided to remove (including all registry entries) and re-install Aston.
It now works the way it's supposed to. Something gibbled somewhere.
It's now reading all drives properly.

It's showing the drives correctly, but it still will not work.
If I remove DVD, switch to Windows XP desktop, and reinsert DVD it works fine. Sure likes like a compatiblity problem to me.

It's a known bug and we're doing our best to fix it.
